The Azawakh Club

To Whom It May Concern:

As President, it is my obligation to ensure that any Azawakh who are eligible for registration with the Club are registered.

I am personally responsible for any confusion regarding our Litter Registration Program.  In recognition thereof I will do everything possible to facilitate the registration of any Azawakh whelped between July, 2009 and June 1, 2010, regardless the status of the litter’s original registration and regardless the owner’s/s’ membership in the Club.

Inclusion is one of our goals, and registration of Azawakh is not exclusive to our Club Members, though Members receive a discount for either litter or individual registrations.

Owners of the aforementioned Azawakh, if they so choose, may simply fill out an Individual Registration Application providing the information such as the name of their Azawakh, sire and dam, date of birth, color and markings, etc., and mail the application to the Secretary/Registrar along with the processing fee*. The Azawakh will be entered into the Club’s Registry and assigned registration numbers.  The owner will receive a Registration Certificate / Four Generation Pedigree** within three weeks of the Club’s receipt of the application.

Breeders will be provided with corrected Registration Certificates for the Sire and Dam of their litters. We will of course honor our offer to waive the litter registration fees for any litter whelped during the aforementioned period.
